project 4 journal reflection

Beforehand, I did think that the project was going to be difficult. I was aware of the steps that I had to take and the details that I needed to include which I thought was a lot. However, I did have fun creating it because it allowed me to put together pieces of artwork that went with a theme that I had in mind. I got the opportunity to learn more about the artists and their work. The steps I took to create this project was to brainstorm and think about what theme I wanted my exhibit to be. I then needed to find pieces of artwork that fit into that theme and put it together in a slideshow. During this process, I also needed to analyze the work that I chose and break down what was taking place in the paintings.

Balance: The picture of the trees, some of which the leaves have fallen off of is represented in this photograph. The natural light along with the lights from the buildings and the buildings themselves creates an image that illustrates unity. 2. Color: The combination of bright, vibrant colors that fills the fish captures a variety of colors. 3. Contrast: The image that is created by dots has dark shades in some areas and light shades in others. The focus of the image can be drawn more toward the center because of how the light hits it. 4.
